Biography

Dr Ayesha Sarfaraz is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Applied Psychology at Nur International University. She received her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Beaconhouse National University, M.Phil in Applied Psychology from Government College University (GCU) and Masters in Applied Psychology from University of the Punjab. Before joining NIU she has been working as a faculty member at the Institute of Psychology, BNU from the past 8 years most recently as an Assistant Professor of Psychology. She has authored a book entitled; “Customer Service in Pakistan: A Qualitative Analysis of the Service Sector” and has published her research work in various well reputed National Journals. In addition she has also presented her work at various National as well as International conferences. She has served as an external examiner for Government College University and has also conducted training workshops for faculty members, professionals and post-graduate students.   Her areas of expertise include Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Research Methods and Statistical Analysis of Behavioral Data.
