This course combines the art and science of psychology with useful and practical business applications to improve the work environment for employees and productivity for employers. The study of psychology provides students with a solid understanding of human behavior and the factors that motivate people to behave in specific ways and the knowledge of business help sharpen and improve their managerial skills. Other Requirements:

Each student would be required to complete a four to six weak internship, one weak social work and a research project to be completed before the end of last semester. These requirements aim to give a student an exposure of fieldwork through the completion of a research project/internship/social work.
