Overview:

This course combines the art and science of psychology with useful and practical business applications to improve the work environment for employees and productivity for employers. The study of psychology provides students with a solid understanding of human behavior and the factors that motivate people to behave in specific ways and the knowledge of business help sharpen and improve their managerial skills. Thus, individuals who have studied both psychology and business are better able to predict how people will respond and develop strategies to ensure positive business outcomes.

In this degree program students will study different modules relating to core areas of psychology alongside modules that apply psychological principles to the world of business and management.
